The Great Khali's Wrestling Moves and Maneuvers
The Great Khali performs quite a range of Wrestling Moves inside the Wrestling Ring, following are the documented ones:
Tree Slam (Choke Drop)
The Choke Drop, also called Choke Bomb (referred to by WWE as the Tree Slam in case of The Great Khali) involves the attacking wrestler, put both his hands around the competitor's neck, the attacker then lifts the competitor up and throws him down to the mat, back first. Khali uses this move as his finisher, he did it at Wrestlemania too, this was the same move that finished off Kane.
Vice Grip [The CLAW]
A devastating move by Khali in which he squeezes the skull of the opponent thereby stopping the blood circulation in their skull. Used very frequently as a finisher
Brain Chop
The infamous Brain Chop of The Great Khali involves him holding the competitor in a standing position and then taking his other hand back, and then finally smashing it on the opponent's skull, the opponent usually goes down on impact.
Gorilla Press
In this move, the attacking Wrestler lifts the opponent up, over their heads with both of their arms extended, and drops them outside the ring/somewhere inside the ring/away from themselves. Khali does this move on cruiserweights, most notably in Deep South Wrestling
Release PowerBomb
In this maneuver, the attacking Wrestler, picks up the opponent vertically and then releases them towards the ground (usually without any kind of additional force) Khali used to do this move in NJPW and a couple of times in DSW, but hasn't been using the move since.
Single shoulder FireMan's Carry
The attacker puts the opponent on one of his shoulder and then throws him down or above the turnbuckles so that the opponent turns 180 degrees before falling down. The Great Khali has recently started doing this move on RAW, and tried it on John Cena, but Cena broke out of it. Khali has also done this move several times in NJPW.
ChokeSlam
Everyone knows what happens in this move, but I'll explain anyway, in this move, the attacker holds the opponent by their throat (with one hand) swings one arm of the wrestler over his shoulder and then picks the wrestler up and throws him to the mat. Khali did this move in NJPW, and still does it on occasion in the WWE, like he did the move at the GAB.
Headbutt
The attacker strikes the forehead of the opponent by the side of his head, Khali does this move quite frequently in his matches. The most notable display of this move was at Royal Rumble when Khali headbutted Seven wrestlers.
Throw/Irish Whip
Most wrestlers would Irish whip their opponents, if they want them to come back from the ropes, but Khali usually grabs his opponents by their head and throws them away. Wrestlers get thrown out of the ring on impact sometimes. Khali only Irish whips big opponents, like he did Kane and The Undertaker.
Big Boot
In this move, the attacker hits the chest/face of the opponent with his boot when they are bouncing off the ropes coming towards the attacker. Khali does this move quite frequently, especially when opponents are running bouncing off the ropes trying to perform a maneuver on Khali.
Clothesline
When the opponent is standing or running towards the attacker, the attacker extends his arm and takes the opponent down by their neck, this move is referred to as the Clothesline, Khali practices this move often.
Corner Back Elbow Strike
When the opponent is coming towards the attacking wrestler, the attacker turns around and places their arm backwards and takes the opponent down by their throat, this is similar to a clothesline, but the attacker is not facing the opponent in this move, and the arm's back is applied to the opponent in order to take them down.
BearHug
In this move, the attacking wrestler lifts his opponent and hugs them, so tight that they pass out, and its not like a mutual hug, more like a one-sided one. Giant wrestlers do it, and Khali did this move in NJPW on Cruiserweights.
Double ChokeSlam (with Giant Silva in NJPW and Big Show in ECW)
Two attackers hold the common opponent by his throat with alternate hands, swing his arms over their shoulders and then chokeslam him. Khali did this move with Giant Silva in NJPW and with Big Show in ECW
Leg Drop
The opponent is down on the mat and the attacking wrestler jumps over the opponent and extends their legs, with one leg hitting the opponent on their neck area. Khali has started doing this move from his first match with Shawn Michaels.
Nerve Hold
The opponent is on his knees and the attacking wrestler is standing, the attacking wrestler then holds the shoulder nerves of the opponent and squeezes them so that the opponent is forced to submit. Khali does this move often these days and was seen using it against Batista at GAB.
Chops (Both versions)
The move made infamous by Ric Flair, in which the attacker slaps the opponent's chest with the back of his hand (in an inverted version, with the palm instead) the move might look basic, but causes a lot of pain and damage. Khali uses this move frequently.
